FireSurvey™ is composed of four different surveys, listed below. Click on a survey to see its description.
Fire Risk Survey
Fire Risk is used to assess a structure's risk level
prior to wildfire danger. It is based on the NFPA 299 Wildfire Hazard Severity Form. Fire Triage Survey
Fire Triage is used to collect a detailed summary of a structure's defensibility level during a high-level wildfire risk. Quick Triage Survey
Quick Triage is a condensed version of Fire Triage, designed for use during an active wildfire when a detailed inspection is too time-consuming. Draft Source Survey Draft Source is used to collect the location and
condition of various types of draft water sources. |
