The information is then submitted to the server through a secure SSL-encrypted data transfer. If a conflict is detected, notification messages are instantly sent to the remote user's computer and the mobile device of the other officer in conflict, as well as to the watch center if one has been designated. Watch centers use a rich desktop application to interface with the server.
